  I have been a customer with Westland Insurance for a few years. The service and knowledge of your employees, makes me feel I'm in good hands. The moment anyone walks in you are greeted with a smile. Heather Hansen helped me last time and was great at explaining why my cost has changed and looked into all other options. I will stay with Westland Insurance because of the excellent people and happy atmosphere in that office. Keep up the good work Terrace!

  Heather Hansen is fantastic to deal with. I've used Westland for both work and personal and each time she's been friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable... All things you want in your insurance agent. She's got great staff too as both Kanute and Jesse follow the same excellent service Heather demonstrates. Thank you Heather, Kanute, and Jesse!
