  This centre works on a first come first serve basis for appointments, they do not book in advance - except for an extremely specific list of issues - so what this means is that you waste your morning on hold for an hour only to be told that all Dr's are booked for the day, try again tomorrow OR EVEN BETTER go to the fricken ER. I'm sorry is our medical centre unaware of the amount of "sliver" "patients are clogging up our hospital ER's??? They are supposed to be part of the solution to overcrowded ER's not contributing to the problem by advising all patients to go there regardless of their ailment. DISGUSTING

  We use to have a family doctor and our experiences there were always quick and very friendly. We lost our family doctor to retirement and have not been able to get a new one so now we need to see the on call which is near impossible to get into. Even trying to reach a receptionist lately is difficult. No one should have to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours just to be seen, especially babies! The system is messed up. If your going to retire one doctor, maybe try get some new ones to replace them first. Hopefully it all improves soon
