  Don't order same day copies unless you've got plenty of time! I ordered yesterday morning and had to call twice and was finally told, 3pm the next day that they are finally done. They stated that they get big orders on Wednesday as though that's that? This was a work related order that I needed to have done on time, so I was very disappointed. This had happened to me once before, the order took 4-5 business days and they finally told me their printer was broken so they had to send everything elsewhere to be printed. I feel I should have been notified by email instead of waiting and waiting with no confirmation that my order was ready. To top it off, I am rarely met with a smile or friendly service when I go in to pick up my order.

  One of my favorite stores in Terrace. The knowledgeable friendly staff at their Print Center provides a great service. The store also offers great technical support for most hardware/software issues.

  Good place to shop. But price matching is two thumbs down. Found a product 10 dollars cheaper elsewhere but they refused the price match. Walmart I go. Lol.

  Purchased an item here for a Christmas gift. Three weeks later it isn't here. (Ordered it on my credit card). I ordered a Chromecast from Best Buy and got it 4 days later. Best Buy is much quicker. So disappointment with Staples.

  I recently purchased a new monitor and office chair from Raza at the Terrace store. The service he provided was excellent! He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure the monitor would work with my existing computer. I didn't feel pressured, and he helped me compare various products to make sure I got the right one. Great service, thank you Raza!
