  Bought HP Fax, Scanner Colour Printer from them. They had to special order it because it had a fax option. I asked them to set it up and install the software to get it up and running. It appears HP does not work with Windows, so they couldn't do it. After 6 hours of trying, he went home and came back the next day. He said it was due to the Adobe PDF reader, not being compatible with the HP Scanner. He installed a generic PDF reader. That really messed up the rest of the Windows software, so I asked him to remove the software, and take the printer back for a refund. He asked for the Box, which I no longer had. Without the box, that he delivered it in the day before, there would be no refund. These Jerks charged me over $1063.00 for the NON work performed, came and picked up the printer and never ever ever gave me a refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I feel very Ripped Off

  Electronic Futures AUV has a good computer repair service, they are very helpful on questions needed about any desktop, laptop, internet problems. And they have a good computer replacement extended warranty program.

  Electronic Futures service is always fast and efficient. The employees are always courteous and supply lots of information. I would recommend Electronic futures in a heart beat, good work guys! :)
