  I have been fishing with West coast Fishing Adventures and Gill McKean for over 10 years. There is no one I prefer to fish with in Northern British Columbia than Gill McKean. No one will work harder to put you on quality fish than Gill. Why go with second best? Craig, Anchorage, Alaska

  If you want a monster steelie or coho on the swing, come here!! I have been fishing with WCFA since 1999! Back then, they were small and worked hard to get me into beautiful trout, salmon and steelhead on the fly. We fished hard, caught lots of amazing fish, ate well, slept well: it was so great a time, I have gone back once or twice a year, every year. and have watched them grow and diversify. Today Gill and Mandy and their guides operate from a first class residence/lodge minutes from the Skeena, where you will eat, drink and be very happy-- they have drift, jet, super jet boats(one is perfect for long excursions and overnights on the river or on the salt) and walk-ins to awesome fishing. Salt trips are awesome too-- whales, Orcas, and seals abound while fishing for tons of cohos, kings, pinks on fly and gear. Last year I was there in mid to later August fishing Skeena tribs, and caught a couple of hundred fresh sockeye, 50 or so huge chrome cohos, massive clean chums, and landed or lost over 2 dozen BIG steelhead. no lies. (they also guide Nas, Kitimat and many regions of Skeena) If you want to fish well, enjoy a family-like experience where friendships are forged around the dinner table and on the river, then try WCFA - a family run and hardworking outfit.   Superb outfitters. Have been in the business for over 20 years. Passionate about fishing and conservation of it. When I go to Canada they are the first port of call for all my fishing requirements. Superb.
