  Clean but very bad attitude and also makes up there own rates that are a complete rip-off that i never agreed too.So money hungry it seems like they are on the verge of going broke.I rented a room for a month at $950.00 then after one week had the oportunity to house sit for two weeks so when i informed them that i would be leaving for two weeks then returning Jim the owner wanted no part of refunding anything,instead charged me $570.00 for one week and no housekeeping done which was not agreed upon,but he said that was the way it was.Also was very rude.These people do not deserve business

  Please also note that I have stayed in a few places in Terrace now on days off from work and for me this is a favourite. Also nice when you get good value for money as I believe this motel beats more expensive motels/ hotels closer to the downtown core.

  Super comfortable beds, excellent location , super friendly owners. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. The owners are meticulous in the detail and nice touches like complimentary coffee in the room is a bonus.

  Only stayed here for one night so far as my next night is depending on who has TSN 5 tomorrow so I can catch a soccer game .. that being said this is a FANTASTIC motel to spend a night.

  We stayed here for a week and had a great experience. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Jim and Vera do a wonderful job in making your stay a great experience. We hope to see them every spring and summer when visiting beautiful Terrace!

  Jim and Vera are tremendous hosts. I couldnt have asked for more friendly people to stay with. I was between a rock and a hard place when I stayed there (Car was in shop for 5 days) and they offered to give me and my fellow traveler rides into town when the rains were too much for our bikes. The internet works well and the facilities are immaculate. You can tell Jim and Vera take very much pride in what they do. Jim, Vera: If I am coming back down to the states and I am in your area please keep a site handy for me!
