    Thanks for the terrible customer service and loosing our luggage. I won't even mention how I feel about the flight delays to and from Calgary !

    The girls working there took fantastic care of my unaccompanied minor. Could not get better service or staff.

    I flew from Vancouver to Terrace over the holidays, unfortunately the airline I was connecting from lost my luggage. I went to the desk and the woman there was very nice and helpful and gave me a pretty comprehensive kit of toiletries. They gave me a ticket number to track my lost luggage as it made its way back, I got my luggage back the next morning at 730 am.
