  Okay rooms and super comfy beds, but I think they need to talk to the contractors. There are cracks in the walls, there are holes in the drywall around the airconditoner/heater and can feel cold air coming in - shoddy workmanship all around. We booked to stay here three nights and after the first day they deactivated our keys and our WiFi. The hotel is not super busy so we were surprised to be locked out, and no apologies from the front desk. Halways havent been vacuumed since we arrived and are dirty with drywall dust and sidewalk salt. We were told breakfast was at 6 am and on Saturday when we went down at 615 the guy told us breakfast not until 7. Individually these things would be a minor annoyance, but put together into one visit we've decided we will go elsewhere next time.

  We were right beside a Canadian Tire. Check-in was fast and great. Rooms are kept clean. Continental breakfast included was really good

  I travel to this town on a monthly basis for work and this is by far the best place to stay for a good night's sleep. The beds are very comfortable and the service and staff are very good here. The breakfast is nice and warm and smells really good. I will continue to come here as long as I can. A big thank you to the manager Kristyne as she is absolutely amazing at her job!

  The hotel it self is very clean and comfortable. The amenities were alright other than not being able to use the sauna. Housekeeping staff were all good at their jobs. The little girl named Brittney at the front desk was very out their for lack of better words. She needs more training for her job. She is flighty and seems to think that will help in the customer service field. Upon check out the lady at the desk was great she new her job and how to deal with her guests. Polite and friendly. Thank you for fixing everything for me Kristine.
