  Staff is great, helpful, pleasant, and acomidating. Store dog is great, friendly and quiet. Flowers got delivered a day late. As in the day AFTER Valentine's day. I'm sure they were just busy but it was really disappointing.

  For my sister's birthday this week, I ordered a Red and White Delight Premium ($84.95). I paid $106.34 including delivery fee ($10) and tax. I expected the flower arrangement that can be seen at the right. My sister sent me a pick of what she received (left) which looks more like the basic flower arrangement they offered (~$64). I have contacted the flower shop twice, first, to ask them if they have delivered the flowers, and second, I asked about the difference between the arrangement in the picture and what my sister received. I am still waiting for their feedback to my two questions. I am very disappointed, and I believe they sent a lower price arrangement but charged me for the full price. I live in the US, North Carolina, and relay in their website to make informed decisions regarding flower arrangements. Needles to say, I won't be using their services anymore.
